When I use a browser to access GitHub, it always encounters an error after an uncertain amount of time. Why?

The error, specifically, was When I browse the github for a while, then I click a link to some github page (maybe some projects, or github offical page etc.) ever from the github itself or from other website (perhaps the error is cross-origin issue?). Then the github will give me a page like this:

Nothing but a words "ok".

Some time was a github offical error page, but I am not get it for a while, so I can not display it.

And then I must restart the broswer, then I can browse the github for another while. To press F12 enter the devolper mode and force refresh github with cache clear is no use to this error.

I am using proxy to access GitHub or I can't even connect to it.

The porxy application is mihomo, and I'm using the TUN mode, so the other applications on my Windows can not detect that I am using a proxy (as I konw, maybe some have moer effective method to detect).

I tried three browsers include Chrome, Edge and Firefox. All of them have the same problem, so I think it is not a browser-problem.
