Github Student Package: rejection to verify an academic affiliation

Hi everyone,

Hi everyone, I’m trying to sign up https://education.github.com , but when I get to the email step, it asks me to check how my name and nicknames were mentioned:

"Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable."

The problem is that my name is exactly the same and everything looks fine. I can’t figure out what’s wrong.
