Copilot doesn't response after thinking. My prompt just gets deleted

I can't use Copilot o1 preview model in Visual Studio 17.12.3 - after me entering the prompt, Copilot shows "Thinking" message which, after some time, dissapears along with my prompt. 17.12.1 worked the same and update to 17.12.3 didn't help. Turning off proxy didn't help. Reinstalling Copilot didn't help. 4o works fine. After reopening empty conversation screened below is gone.
Also I think sometimes I can see the response in conversation after I restart VS.
