Lets Group Javascript libraries by Tags (Animation, Image Processing, Mobile etc)

Problem Statement:
There are lot of package exist for JS but how can we find the correct libraries because we don't know the js libraries exact names, It causes to lose time while searching the js library that We want.

What I expect:
Just add tags or category name while adding npm package for listing so You can list tags or categories on new web page, It can useful and organized categories for whole users for different needs! like (Animation, Image Processing, Mobile, PDF, SVG etc...)
