Call for Proposals form

We will use CfP process from Linux Foundation as last year.

It includes gathering proposals and then exposing them as a schedule.

It is the default form and in red there are notes on how we modified it for 2021.

From my point of view we should only modify it by saying in the CfP form that sales pitches/marketing proposals will be declined

We should send it to LF latest next Tuesday (31.05)
