Let's make the team more dynamic!✨

1. Having regular bi-weekly meetups - All the teams including the FOSS Core need to have their individual regular Bi-weekly meetups. All the meetings should have a clear agenda and goal. This meeting is led by the respective team leads or sub-leads/executives in their absence. The meeting can be online/offline. The bi-weekly meetup schedule may be disrupted due to exams and other reasons. Hence a timeline of meetups will be effective.
2. Get personal feedbacks - Ask team members for feedback on how to improve the team's processes, communication, and collaboration. This can help identify areas for improvement and make members feel more involved in the team's decision-making. This can be done through GForms, Personalised calls, Recording their responses in meeting minutes, GitHub discussions etc.. A proper structure is not formed yet.
3. New Events and their timeline - New Event ideas has to be promoted. A proper structure for the event timeline is yet to be formed.
   FOSS Talks event is a new idea to bring the known individuals in the field to share their experiences. This is planned to be a bi-weekly/monthly event. This helps in FOSS active involvement throughout the year. The event organiser can be switched every time between the event trainees and between the executives. Such new events with a proper vision and mission have to be promoted.

Action Plan

1. Make a schedule of meet-ups and present it to the team. Make a proper date structure/timeline. Raise this in the next core meeting. Get Chairperson and other team leads consent.
2. Personal feedbacks structure is important. We can focus on taking monthly feedbacks. Polls would be a better option so as to save everyone's time. Personalised calls of team leads to their team members should also be focused.
3. An event timeline has to be setup with the help of the events lead. Present it in the next core meeting and get everyone's consent.
