Status Quo:
The bookie is earning 1% fee for hosting the bet.

Improvment:
In some cases it could be usefull to charge a (higher) fee as a bookie to cover some expenses. In other cases the Bookie doesn´t wanna charge a fee, cause he´s betting with family or friends.
For both cases it would be nice to add a blanc field to the form where the Bookie can set the amount he´s charging for hosting that bet.
