Workbench with Dusk for testing Laravel Nova

@crynobone Thanks for the work, was hoping to get some additional help in setting up the dusk testing with as little boilerplate as possible.

I setup a wip branch here.

The main issue currently relies on that our custom vue components are not displayed.
I know that the resource itself runs, cause in index view I can see the "football" label.

Ok, I think I figured out why the fields were not displayed.
That was due to me not including MultiselectField service provider in the testbench.yml file.

Upon adding that I broke the application again, with the following message displayed in the console. Not exactly sure why it can't find the laravel-nova external package that we install via npm.
