I'm currently working on an issue that involves the creation of Helm Charts to simplify the installation of the WebLogic Operator and WebLogic Monitoring Exporter on OpenShift. Helm Charts serve as package management tools for Kubernetes applications, streamlining deployment, management, and scalability. The objective is to improve the deployment experience of WebLogic components on OpenShift by utilizing Helm Charts for a more efficient installation and configuration process.

I'm seeking guidance or references to assist with this task. Any help or references to relevant guides would be highly appreciated.
