Error while provisioning instance group terraform #21

While running Terraform job for Instance group, I get following error

Error: Get "https://iaas.us-ashburn-1.oraclecloud.com/20160918/images?compartmentId=ocid1.compartment.oc1..aaaa...&operatingSystem=Oracle+Linux&operatingSystemVersion=7.9&shape=VM.Standard.E3.Flex&sortBy=TIMECREATED&sortOrder=DESC": net/http: TLS handshake timeout

FYI, after changing shape job was able to run successfully.
