Oqtane's Architecture for Enterprise Cloud System

Hi,

I would like to understand both technical and business wise detailed information of Oqtane's Architecture for Enterprise Level Cloud system in ecommerce solutions.

The cloud system will be subscription based features. Once the customer subscribe and then they can be found their business online in a time period. We will get customer input while on subscription and system will automate the process of Multi-tenant sites with database creations.

I required experts recommendations for the best practices of using Oqtane with below points,

Small scale business subscription:

1. Both Storefront and it's Admin panel / backend (catalog, customers, vendors, orders, etc,.) can have in a Site?
2. Single Admin Panel for all Sites / Tenants?

Medium to large scale business subscription:

1. Every "Group of Storefronts / Sites" can have Single Admin Panel?
2. Different databases (MSSQL, MySQL, etc) for each "Storefronts Group" can have Single Admin Panel?

Cloud System Roles:

1. Cloud System Owner
2. Cloud System Reseller or Partner
3. Customers and their users

Cloud System Owner:

1. Single Admin Panel for all businesses and managing their Storefronts?

Cloud System Reseller or Partner:

1. Single Admin Panel for their referral businesses and managing their Storefronts?

General Questions:

1. Oqtane is good fit for Enterprise Level Cloud system in ecommerce (B2B & B2C) businesses?
2. Is it good for custom business rules for required customers and it is achievable?
3. Zero downtime, deploy modules or any updates?
4. Oqtane Performance on Multiple databases with 10,000 to 1 million of active users?
