Use yourname.oqtane.me for dev installations

We just booked oqtane.me for all Oqtane developers. It's like dnndev.me so you can quickly create test installations of Oqtane without worrying about DNS and such - which is extra hard with Oqtane!

So anything.oqtane.me always points to 127.0.0.1 = localhost
