Describe the request
In oppia/oppia-android#5188, we received a request to remove a profile picture after it has been set. This seems a reasonable feature to add, and we would like to request mocks for it so that the developers can implement a UI that is consistent with the rest of the app.

Context for the request
This is a new feature, but it fits into an existing user journey where a user of the Android app can specify avatar pictures for their profiles. It is recommended to try this flow out on your version of the Android app.
