os-git-backup should accept non standard ssh port in repo url

Currently os-git-backup accepts url in fixed format ssh://github.com/user_name/repo_name.git.

If using non standard ssh port, url like ssh://gitea.com:2222/user_name/repo_name.git doesn't work.
