Feature Request: Add support for tag management from the UI

The API and example API request in the Console shows the tags field for most resources, but the UI doesn't appear to give any way to edit or management them. Would be nice to have support for this, maybe in the "Advanced" section so it doesn't get confused with attributes. Tags can be a helpful way to identify and manage a set of resources across resource types.
