Back to top and pagination alignment is odd

Is it just me or is this back-to-top on top of pagination, all centered disturbing?

@rgaudin You want to have them beside each others? Or with a margin? Or one on the left and the other on the right?

I think the main issue is that they are visually tied together as if two part of a single concept. Could be one of top of the other with sufficient margin to distinguish them or side by side, still with enough margin. Or something else. BTT would benefit from an up arrow icon as well IMO.
