please add valid annotation values for creating a dedicated elb:

  • kubernetes.io/elb.autocreate: {"available_zone": [...]}
  • kubernetes.io/elb.autocreate: {"l4_flavor_name": "..."}

i guess it's "eu-de-01, ..."

Specific values like eu-de-01 can not be specified due to subject of change or region dependency, but the page was updated with specifying the parameters and links where to get required values.
