[Bug] Extension popup renders empty sometimes

Bug Description

I wish I had more to say, but that's how it manifests. My guess is that something in the popup code fails to render/initialize in specific conditions because I can see another process being "mounted" when opening the devtools for the Stylus background page.

Sometimes the bug only manifests on specific tabs/windows, sometimes it manifests on all tabs (see two last screenshots taken 1min apart). Restarting Firefox fixes it.
