Support for .xlsm file

The suport for dictionary in Excel format (.xlsx) has been really useful for me, I hope for other users too.
It improves the way I can manage a dictionary, above all in those situation I have to exchange continuously data and the dictionary data is dynamic.

Now I'm in the situation that if I could use also Macro into an Excel document, I can speed up the workflow,, because some operations can be done automatically.

To use macro the Excel file needs to be saved with extention .xlsm.

Can be added support also to this extension for dictionaries?
