When the user clicks the Malaria positive [date] row (Implement the malaria positive [date] row in the profile #39 ), the malaria confirmation form with all previously collected data will be viewable.
User should be able to view the data collected in the Malaria Confirmation form (Add the malaria confirmation form #2 ) and update the editable fields as noted in the data dictionary, tab - CHW 1 - Malaria Confirmation Form
