Implement the Family planning follow-up visit button for males - CHW

Family planning follow-up visit will be implement more similarly to the Malaria follow-up visit

• A follow-up visit will only occur for those where: {fp_method_accepted} = "Female condom", "Male condom"

On the family planning profile page, the visit buttons in the top row have various states:

• Please change the button text to "Record family planning follow-up visit" instead of "Record visit"
• Remove the Visit not done option. We're not supporting this for family planning.
• This is the starting state for all follow-up visits visits. When a family planning client becomes due for a PNC home visit is dependent on the service schedule for the family planning - Service Schedule - CHW. (Implement the service schedules for family planning follow-up visits #21 )
• The blue record visit button opens the family planning follow-up visit

• Above is the overdue state of the visit button.
• Tapping on the red Record family planning follow-up visit button launches the family planning follow-up visit

• The above state is a temporary state only. For the 24 hours after a home visit is recorded, the user will see the above status. After 24 hours, the form cannot be accessed. The button for the next follow-up visit will be accessible based on the next follow-up visit on the service schedule
• Use the text "Family planning follow-up visit done
• Tapping on the edit button launches the form that they submitted previously, where they can make edits.
