jpathinformatics.org has turned into an HTTP-only redirect. Drop the Abstract and Get PDF links, and just use the DOI link to the paper's HTML page. That way we won't need to update for any future changes to the journal's site layout.

I'm planning to drop download.openslide.org from DNS after this lands. It's always been HTTP-only, the tech note PDF is the only thing still on it, and we haven't linked to that copy of the PDF since 6d51ea3.
