Stack report is not loading

Issue Overview

I've created an application using nodejs as runtime and Health Check as mission but the stack report is not generated after successful build.

Expected Behaviour

Stack report should be displayed

Current Behaviour

Stack report is not displayed

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a new application using node js as runtime and health check as mission.
2. Got to pipeline page.
3. Wait for the build to complete.
4. After completion click on Stack Report button to view stack report.

I have a similar problem. I can see the stack-report, but there are no data in it. Although I can get the stack report via API.
