Reorganize test results for PVCscale test

Currently PVCscale test provide results in format

where xx:xx:xx is time when test was executed ( time of day ). Necessary to rework logic to have test duration results in a way where above results will start from 00:00:00 always and be independent of time when test was executed. Above format works and serve purpose but improving it will help with readability.
