Deleting Files on L4 #396

I've created an issue about this here but thought I'd raise as I'm not sure if it's the right place. Briefly - I just want to confirm whether people are able to delete files on L4? It seems files re-appear after I delete them (I assume I do not have the appropriate permissions to remove them). If there's anyway to enable users to remove files I think that'd be really useful; for example, I've renamed files over time as projects have expanded, and cannot remove the old 'versions', which clutters things for redaction. |

Answered by @wjchulme as specified in this issue: , briefly, this is an outstanding request. It's currently not possible for most users to delete files on L4: outputs are recreated as they are continuously copied from the more secure L2/L3. For redaction, users should specify specific file names rather than entire folders if there's a risk there are old files in there, to avoid unnecessary redaction and release. |
