Curation process would be a subclass of OBI planned process.

We need to think about curating data vs curating physical objects. One term for both? Separate terms?

Definition: A planned process in which a research object (continuant? this is the lowest parent of specimen and datum) is enhanced or maintained for research or scholarly purposes
