In order to publish in a static article, we need to reference a static version of the results. If we add a new method between submission and review which happens to perform best, reviewers will be confused as to why it is not included in the discussion.
I propose we host permanent static clones of the website at each release tag and allow users to go back in time. Don't know exactly how we would do this though (:
