Update Uniprot-Refseq linkset

In the Uniprot to Refseq linkset there are references to URIs like http://purl.uniprot.org/refseq/YP_860384.1 which should be updated to use WP_ identifiers.

• Testing results: http://purl.uniprot.org/refseq/NP_012345 (the given example) only returns mappings to refseq and ensembl (not to uniprot). • Comments: Some YP_ identifiers are found in the triples in the linkset, e.g. ns1:A0LY71 rdfs:seeAlso <http://purl.uniprot.org/refseq/YP_860384.1. The YP_ has been replaced by WP_ identifiers. URIs of this type: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/protein/YP_860384.1 resolve to a page that says the identifier has been replaced. The new page is: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/protein/WP_011708254.1.
