Auth0 registration dialog allows to enter the name in any case. But after the registration it gets lowercased, and you have to notice that to enter lowercased name in dpmpy configure.
It would be nice to restrict the auth0 dialog to lowercase username in the first place, while user inputs it.

If can't change the auth dialog, can also make all code that handles usernames (such as configure) case insensitive. Not so great, but depends on what restrictions you have with the auth0 service
