@LeaVerou, this would be a great opportunity to talk about any potential TC39 proposals we have in the works or any other standards current events and such (can maybe bring one of my draft TC39 proposals that is currently in need of revision).

Sounds great! I’m too much of a TC39 newb right now to feel any of my proposals are worth call time, but happy to discuss the others!

I have been unable to get zoom set up, so will probably be late (hopefully).

My question was really regarding being unsure how to proceed on DerekNonGeneric/proposal-assertion-error#18, so might take a bit of studying the problem before discussing, actually.

Maybe @ljharb can at least give a small recap on what we've missed or something like that.
