[influxdb] Persistence only working for minutes

After upgrading von openHAB 2.3 to 2.4, influx only saves values for about a minute after rebooting system, then stops. System: openhabian on Raspberry Pi 3B.

influx logs show no error.

Persistence trace logs show messages only when values are stored, then nothing.
