Please add support for the Shelly Plug S Gen3 (device type S3PL-00112EU)

The device is currently found as a "normal" Shelly Plug S Gen1 Device what is not working because of different API. As a workaround manually adding it as a shelly:shellyplusplug works.

Also integrating Shelly Plus Plug S V2 (device type SNPL-10112EU) would be a good idea.
