Ending maintainership of @davidgraeff

Dear @openhab/add-ons-maintainers,

As I am trying to clean up our maintainer groups, I want to suggest to end the maintainer role of @davidgraeff according to our governance rules, since he hasn't been active in this repo for more than 6 months.
