[Test failure] TC_AUTHOR_REDWOOD_19: Files and Uploads three-dot menu for a file is truncated in short list views

Expected behavior

The three-dot menu for a file should fully display in the list view.

Actual behavior

If the list view is short because there are a small number of files (or if you're on a page of results with few files on it), the menu is truncated by the borders of the list.

Steps to reproduce

Have one or two files in Files and Uploads. Switch to the List view and click on the three-dot menu for one of the files.
