OpenEBS CI - for upgrade and CI testing spins up new clusters on demand and after the pipeline is completed, will delete the clusters.

At times, the e2e or the developers would like to look at the logs of a past pipeline.

the proposed solution is to connect these ephemeral clusters to director online prior to running the tests. this will allow for the logs to be retained in the director online for 7 days.
