User may need to tune several iterations to find out correct configurations. It's not convenient to stop a running detector, tweak some parameter and restart, especially if it has some long initialization period. If we provide a button to user copy current detector's configuration to create a new detector, then user can tune some parameter on the new detector and run it. So user doesn't need to stop current detector.
