[Bug]: Add documentation how to uninstall ODH and dependencies components with CLI

Current Behavior

Currently there is no clear documentation on how to uninstall OpenDataHub operators and dependencies

I have installed OpenDataHub with DataSciencePipelines, KServe, OpenShift pipelines, Serveless and Service Mesh. I've also created DataSceinceCluster and DataSceincePipelineApplication.

There is no clear flow what should be deleted first and the CLI commands for this proces.

Expected Behavior

Write a document to describe how to uninstall.
