I just submitted a budget again to remind myself how the UX worked and it's really nice having that link to come back to.
Two questions come to mind:
Have we had problems with email spam / spam submissions before?
If an email isn't needed, is there another way to deliver a person's budget to them? Ex: After somebody submits, they're brought to a page where they can immediately download an image of their budget.
We haven't had a spam issue before; if I remember, I think the intention was to prevent people from gaming/tilting the results (e.g. everyone supporting health) but when I made this issue; I was second guessing requiring it because not everyone has an email address.
