Merge Tag Views into a single more elaborate view

This is more of feature request and enhancement than a bug or issue.

The Tag View, circular, is difficult to navigate. For now, the way it's used is to actually compensante on missing features of the Tag View Full. Example scenario:

• The Tag View Full is filtered to make it more readable.
• A tag of interest is spotted.
• And then you want to expand around that tag. Gosh, you just can't.
• You go to the Tag View and manage to have the spotted tag at the center and then you get an idea of the tags surrounding the spotted tag.
• Once you have identified interesting neighbor tags, you go back to the Tag VIew Full and chase for them.

This is a quite ackward and cognitively speaking tedious way of navigating the data.

We need to think about that usage scenario and combine different techniques to support it. Filtering + DOI expansion, or something similar, might be a good idea.
