This is one of the great disconnects of bioinformatics: contig names of chr1 vs 1

I'm fine with either. some datasets use the bare numbers and MT for mitochondria, or chr_ and chrM for mitochondria.
It doesn't make much difference to the analysis, we just need to pick one. Does anyone have a specific preference?
