news section empty if news.o.o rss feed is broken #159

If the news.o.o rss feed is broken (which sadly happens on every wordpress update), www.o.o. delivers an empty "news" section.

Please add a fallback - if the feed is broken or can't be received, display a link to news.o.o. That's not perfect, but still much better than an empty news section.
