Please add a better explanation to the README.md describing in more detail what this plugin does and what it's intended purpose is.

The README.md file states that "Moodle 2.9 or greater" is required. 2.9 is a very old Moodle version! Is this plugin still supported and/or needed in Moodle 4.x?
