Highlight license users

Evidence that Atmosphere licenses are being used to license significant repositories might help it be included in license registries like SPDX (see #16). It would also just be good content to include on the license website.

It would also be helpful to know if there are any projects whose creators would like to use an Atmosphere license, but can't because Atmosphere licenses are not widely enough accepted.
