Add prune command to remove orphaned dependencies #2

Walk the dependency tree and remove deps with no dependents.
For example,

  clojure-msgpack/clojure-msgpack
  {:mvn/version "1.1.2",
   :dependents [ ]}

Since there are no dependents, this is a dead dependency and should be removed via the prune command. Optionally add a --prune flag to upgrade
