Observe:

It seems 5am is the omawhen of choice, but then:
screen shot 2014-05-07 at 1 48 41 pm

and:
screen shot 2014-05-07 at 1 49 28 pm

I'm guessing this is a scraper issue.

Kind of, it seems that the source SPN is listing the times very sporadically for some reason.
Thanks for pointing this out, we'll have to make sure to set the correct times before approving them
