Describe the bug
Overflow of text in doctor's and nurse's discussions

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to patients tab
Click on a patient component which has "view patients notes" option
Click on "view patients notes"
Type a very long string
See error

Expected behavior
No overflow
