Infinite Loading State When Notification Permission is Blocked or granted

Describe the bug
The notification permission causes an infinite loading state when we selected Subscribe on this device it is either granted or blocked.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Notifications button in side-bar menu.
2. Now click on Subscribe on this device button.
3. In browser pop up, Choose Block option.
4. See the error, Infinite loading state in Notification right popup inside Subscribe on this device

Expected behavior

• The expected behavior is that when the user selects Subscribe on this device and chooses the Block option in the browser pop-up, the notification permission should be blocked and there should be no infinite loading state in the Notification right popup.
