ABHA card format

Describe the bug
The ABHA Card on patient profile looks sub par. The formatting is poor

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to patient dashboard > manage patient > show ABHA Card
2. See the ABHA Card

Make the following changes

• Date of birth format needs to be DD/MM/YYYY
• ABDM recommends the ABHA card to be printed in a specific format. Implement the said format in ABHA card view as well, like in the print option
• Print option on ABHA Card opens up ABHA in the right format in a new tab on my browser. At the same time it opens up a second preview window with a blank page. (I am using Chrome browser to access CARE on my MacOS)
  This additional print preview causes confusion and is not needed
