Add Primary Color to the active section in the consultation page nav bar

Describe the bug

Currently in the nav section, of the consultation page, if we select a section, the nav bar is not showing, which section we have selected in the bar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to patient consultation page
2. Click on files in the nav bar
3. See error

Expected behavior

when a user select a section in the nav bar, make the co-related bar text to be green , for example, if the user in the files section, the files name in the nav bar should be primary colour
