Modify the Ventilator Asset validation in respiratory support ( Critical Care )

Describe the bug

Currently, we are throwing link asset pop-ups while filling in all kinds of data in the respiratory support section of critical care, which is not fully aligned with the real-life scenario.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

Keep the validation for NIV and IV respiratory support options only since we are recording only ventilator assets in our platform
